Daycare is not for every dog but we try to setup your dog for success by evaluating your pet to see if we can make them safe and comfortable while at our facility.

Older dogs may have trouble adjusting to the high levels of activity caused by a sizeable group of dogs romping and playing in a large area; shy dogs may be overwhelmed by the crowd; and aggressive dogs unfortunately cannot be in a group setting for obvious safety reasons. Happy Tails Playcare is experienced in recognizing the signs of discomfort and temperament that may indicate your pet is not right for the daycare settingand will be transparent in the evaluation process.

Evaluation Day Requirement

All new dogs are required to attend one day of daycare for evaluation before being fully accepted into the pack or allowed to book overnight boarding. After a successful evaluation day, you may then make advanced bookings for Daycare or book Boarding.

Spayed/Neutered Requirement

Unfortunately due to the nature of intact dogs both male and female we require all Adult Dogs 1yr or older to be spayed/neutered. For grooming we do allow intact dogs to be groomed by appointment.

Puppy Requirements

A Puppy must be a least 12 weeks of age and have all of their puppy boosters, including bordetella and a Neg. Fecal Matter Test before they can attend Playcare or Boarding.

Vaccines Requirements

Yes, Yearly Vaccines are required and must be in date in order to attend Daycare, Boarding, and Spa services. Adult dog vaccine requirments are Rabies, Distemper/Parvo-(DHPV), and Bordetella (kennel cough booster).

We ask that you provide us with the appropriate amount of dog food/treats for the entirety of your pets  boarding stay. We do not provide food as every dog has a different diet. We also can put down any food or treats as directed by the pet parent whenever your dog is at our facility.

Yes, we have a 10% off multi pet from the same family discounts for daycare and boarding if they can stay in a run\kennel together.
